How much does it cost to have a wedding at Parkton Place?
Three packages, all with transparent pricing plus applicable taxes: an Elopement from $555 (officiant included, up to 20 people, 3 hours), a Day-Of package from $2,222 (12 hours on the day plus 2 hours the evening before), and a 2-Night Destination Weekend from $5,555 with overnight lodging for your wedding party.
How many guests can the venue hold?
The covered pavilion seats up to 100 guests, and the property is 30 acres, so there's room to grow. Tents and extra tables and chairs are welcome.
Can our wedding party stay overnight at the venue?
Yes. The 2-Night Destination Weekend runs Friday noon to Sunday 4 PM and includes the 5,000 sq ft home (7 bedrooms, plus a pull-out couch and a king floor pallet), a 3-bedroom mother-in-law apartment, and a tiny house that sleeps 2, so nobody has to drive to a hotel. Need more beds? Add the barn apartment (4 beds, sleeps 7+) for $555 for the weekend.
What's included, and what do we bring?
Every package includes the grounds, the 1-acre pond, the fountain and gardens, and the covered pavilion. Catering, DJ, cake, officiant, linens, dinnerware, and setup/teardown are not included — you bring your own vendors, and our preferred vendor list can help.
Is there an indoor option, or a plan if it rains?
Parkton Place is an outdoor venue with an open-air covered pavilion that gives you shade and shelter for the ceremony and reception. For groups under 50, the downstairs of the house opens out to the front porch, back patio, and back yard, which is a big draw for guests who want something other than a stale room. We'll talk through a weather plan with you when you book, including adding a tent if you want extra cover.
Will the animals be in our photos?
They usually find their way in. Horses, donkeys, alpacas, and the rest of the farm live right next to the ceremony spots, and the peacock has been known to show up uninvited.
Do you host events other than weddings?
Yes — baby showers, bridal showers, family reunions, graduations, birthdays, and retirement parties all book the same way.
Is insurance required?
Yes. Liability insurance is required for all bookings.
Where is Parkton Place?
1860 Armory Rd, Parkton, NC 28371 — a 30-acre working farm about 15 minutes south of Fayetteville and a short drive from Fort Bragg, Hope Mills, Raeford, and Lumberton.
How do we book a date?
Send us your date, email infoatparktonplace@gmail.com, or call or text (910) 494-5888. A deposit locks in your date: $150 for an elopement, $1,111 for Day-Of, and $1,667 for the Destination Weekend.
