From a quiet elopement to the whole weekend

Every wedding is different, so Parkton Place books three ways: a few hours for an intimate elopement, a full day for the ceremony and reception, or the entire property for a 2-night destination weekend where your family and wedding party stay right on site. Whichever fits, you're getting thirty acres, a pond, gardens, a covered pavilion, and animals that aren't going anywhere for your photos.

Elopement

Up to 3 hours to exchange vows and take photos at the fountain, the tree-lined driveway, the porch, and the pond. $150 deposit, $150 due 30 days before.

Day-Of

2 hours the evening before for setup/rehearsal, plus 12 hours day-of. Bridal suite, kitchen, wifi, porch & balcony for photos, and a second get-ready room in the barn. $1,111 deposit.

2-Night Destination Weekend

Friday noon to Sunday 4 PM. The entire property, including the 5,000 sq ft home, the mother-in-law apartment, and the barn apartment — sleeps 24+ across 10 rooms. $1,667 deposit.

Venue rental does not include catering, DJ, cake, officiant, linens, dinnerware, or setup/teardown — see our vendor list to help plan those. Liability insurance is required for all bookings.
